The Network Bar, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through complance with this Privacy Policy. The policy describes the type of in- formation we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (www.networkbar.com) (the ‘Site’) or use our mobile application (the ‘App’), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and dis- closing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect on the Site, from use of the App, and in e-mail, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Site and/or the App.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Site and the App. By accessing or using the Site or the App, you agree to this policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and/or the App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

It does not apply to personal data collected by us offline or through any other means, or to information collected by any third party, including without lim- itation, through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from

or on the Site or the App or from a membership at The Network Bar.

The Site and the App are operated by The Network Bar, LLC, a Texas limited liabil- ity company with a principal office located at 331 Singleton Blvd., Suite #100, Dallas, Texas 75204.

2. INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 21

Our Site and the App are only intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. No one under the age of 21 should access or provide any information to or on our Site or the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, do not use or provide any information on the Site or the App or on or through any of its features, and do not register on the Site or download or use the App, make any purchases through the Site or the App, use any of the interactive or other features of the Site or the App, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or user name. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from any person under the age of 21, we will delete that information. 3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect several types of information from and about users of the Site and/or the App, including:

  •  The personal details you provide (such as your name, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and business information) when submitting a membership application;
  •  Debit/credit card and bank account information that you provide (see Sec- tion 1 (Payment Information) of the Terms of Use below);
  •  Personal details you choose to give when corresponding with us by phone, e- mail, or other means, or that you provide to us when visiting The Network Bar;
  •  Any other personal or private information about you that you submit to the Site or the App;
  •  Information that is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or Information about your Internet connection, the equipment that you use to access the Site or the App, and usage details.

If you reasonably believe that any information about you in our possession is incor- rect or incomplete, please e-mail us as soon as possible at info@networkbar.com.

We will attempt to correct or update any information found to be incorrect or incomplete.

4. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We may collect information from and about users of the Site and/or the App:

  •  Directly from you when you provide it to us;
  •  Automatically as you navigate through the Site or the App. Information col- lected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and infor- mation collected through cookies and other tracking technologies; and/or
  •  From third parties, for example, our business partners.Our Site may use cookies, flash cookies or web beacons to distinguish you from other users. This is to provide you with a better user experience when you browse our Site and allows us to improve its features, including allowing us to estimate audience size and usage patterns, customizing specific Site features for each user, and allowing for the Site to recognize you when you return to the Site.

If you are a member, to provide membership services and administer your membership account

From time to time, to contact members in connection with surveys or for market

research purposes, and use information you choose to submit in response; To present our Site and its contents to you, and administer our Site and ensure that our Site is presented in the most effective manner;

For internal business/technical operations, including improving our products and services, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes and as part of our efforts to keep our Site and the App secure; and/or

We also may provide members, or permit selected third-party service providers to provide members, with information about special offers, goods or services we feel may interest them. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please notify us at info@networkbar.com.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We will not sell, distribute or lease identifiable personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may share your personal data with third parties in the following situations:

  • To protect us, our members, our contractors or others against loss or damage; and
  • For any other purpose we express at the time you provide the information and your consent.7.     Promotional Offers from Us. If you do not wish to have your contact infor- mation used by us to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@networkbar.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

8. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App. You may also send us an email at info@networkbar.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.
